VIP Holiday Photos LLC and its associates (referred to as VIP) provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop on this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

By consenting to VIP Holiday Photo's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications relating to your order, text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

License and Site Access
VIP grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of VIP. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of VIP.
Your Membership Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Reviews, Comments, Emails, and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from VIP are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Substitutions and Availability
While we make every effort to provide all items included in our packages, product availability is subject to change. In the event that a frame included in the Platinum Package or Ultimate Joy Package is unavailable at a Santa set due to inventory constraints, we reserve the right to offer a substitution of equal value.
Infant & Toddler Safety Policy for Easter Bunny Visits
To ensure the safety of all visitors during Easter Bunny photo sessions: Children under the age of two, and those who may require extra care due to size or circumstances, must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Such visitors may not be handed to Santa or the Easter Bunny. An adult must physically support the child for photos.
Product Descriptions
VIP and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, VIP does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by VIP itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY VIP ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VIP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VIP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE.
Applicable Law
By visiting VIP, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, Harris County, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and VIP or its associates.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to VIP or to products you purchase through VIP shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Texas, Harris County. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Joy Walk-In Package Promotion
The Joy Walk-In Package promotion provides eligible customers with complimentary photo packages at a future seasonal event, subject to the following terms: • Easter → Christmas: Customers must remain active Joy Parenting Club members for at least seven (7) consecutive months. • Christmas → Easter: Customers must remain active Joy Parenting Club members for at least four (4) consecutive months. If a Joy Parenting Club membership is cancelled before the required minimum period, the customer will no longer be eligible for the complimentary future photo package. This promotion is non-transferable and limited to one complimentary future photo package per qualifying purchase.
